Colombian Caravana together with ABColombia, PBI-UK and the International Office for Human Rights Action on Colombia (OIDHACO), write to the Attorney General of the Nation, Mr Francisco Barbosa Delgado, to express our concern about the recent death threats and intimidation against Ms Yessika Hoyos Morales, lawyer and member of the José Alvear Restrepo Lawyers Collective (Cajar) as representative of Mr Alfonso Mora León, father of Mr Jenner Alfonso Mora Montero. Yessika Hoyos Morales, lawyer, and member of the José Alvear Restrepo Lawyers Collective (Cajar) as representative of Mr Alfonso Mora León, father of Mr Jenner Alfonso Mora Moncaleano, victim murdered in the Mondoñedo massacre perpetrated by members of the Judicial Investigation Directorate (DIJIN). And the threats, kidnapping, and theft of sensitive information from Ms Andrea Torres Bautista, lawyer, and deputy director of the Nydia Erika Bautista Foundation (FNEB), in relation to cases of forced disappearance and sexual violence by the 20th Brigade of the Army, which included very sensitive testimonies of victims and witnesses, which could put them at risk. The incident occurred after the FNEB submitted a report to the Truth Commission (CEV) created under the Peace Accord.
